Product Description
The ADP motor series is a set of advanced asynchronous housing motors produced by Rexroth Indramat. This product line presents different versions which can be adapted to specific functions in a machine. When integrated with the POWERDRIVE digital controllers, these motors create efficient drive solutions delivered with high power intensity and open functionality. The ADP motors are used in machine tools, printing, paper processing machines, forming machines, and packaging and food processing machines.
The ADP164B-B35OB1-DS0H-D2N1 is an ADP motor with a frame size of 164, and its design enables flange and foot mounting in a machine. The position of the power flange socket for the power connection is located at the top of the motor housing, with the outlet direction fixed at side B. Typical of other ADP motors, it is operated with a cooling fan. Also, its cooling fan functions by blowing air over the surface of the engine. Meanwhile, it has a rated torque of 200 Nm and a rated speed of 1250 min⁻¹. In addition, its axis is not clamped when a machine is disconnected from the power supply. This is due to the absence of a holding brake. It also has a digital servo feedback encoder with 1 Vpp sinusoidal signals. For attachment of drive elements, it utilizes a plain output shaft with a shaft sealing ring.
The ADP164B-B35OB1-DS0H-D2N1 has the default storage of deep groove ball bearings present in ADP motors. Also, according to DIN ISO 2373, it has a security level of R. Meanwhile, it can exhibit a maximum speed of 6000 min⁻¹, and its insulation category is F per DIN VDE 0530 standards. In addition, it operates effectively in an environment with a maximum temperature of 40° C. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
