Product Description
The housing motors in the ADP series are available in different sizes with different speeds and torques, giving users multiple options for optimum adaptation to their applications. These motors are air-cooled asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage rotors, used to create drive solutions that require a high-power density. These include machine tools, packaging, food processing machines, and metal forming machines.
The ADP134D-B35OB1-CS0H-B2N1 is an ADP motor model in the POWERDRIVE drive system manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a low-maintenance motor designed to work wear-free as long as the specified operating conditions are acknowledged. It features an integrated incremental rotary encoder with 1 Vpp sinusoidal signals in its digital servo feedback system. It supports both foot and flange mounting and is dynamically balanced to vibration severity grade R according to DIN ISO 2373. The bearings on this motor are deep groove ball bearings, suitable for medium radial and axial forces. They remain lubricated throughout their service life and align with the DIN ISO 281 standard.
PTC and NTC temperature sensors are built into the winding of the ADP134D-B35OB1-CS0H-B2N, protecting it from thermal overload conditions. The motor is cooled by surface cooling, a heat dissipation technique where a permanently-installed fan unit creates cooling air currents. The air currents move over the surface of the motor, directed by air baffles, and absorb the heat from the motor. This ADP model can attain a maximum speed of 7,500 revolutions per minute and has a rated torque of 160Nm. It is completely sealed; hence, it is dust-proof, touch-proof, and resistant to sprays from water jets. It belongs to the protection category IP 65 according to EN 60529. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
