The ADF164B-B35TC3-AS06-A2N1 spindle motor acts as a servo-motor for machines and tools. It is designed for flange mounting. The main spindle motor works according to the induction principle, which makes them maintenance-free and ideal for the effective operation. This spindle motor has a broad speed range and fielding weakening range of 1:6. The current-voltage for the motor is 111 A and nominal voltage 380A. Nominal heat indulgence of the motor is 5.4kW.
The ADF164B-B35TC3-AS06-A2N1 spindle motor comes with holding brakes which aid to clamp the output shaft into idle position. The holding brakes are either release capabilities or electrically accurate clamp. The holding brakes integrated with the power terminal and can be triggered by the unit control circuits. The brakes holding torque are 70Nm for electrical release and 100Nm for the electrical clamp. The nominal connects voltage for holding brakes are 24+/-10%. The permissible temperature for the spindle effective and safe working is 0°C to 45°C and has no restriction with elevation. The motor can effectively work on any altitude.
