Product Description
With a motor size of 134, the ADF134D-B05TA0-BS27-A2N1 main spindle motor for Rexroth Indramat motors features a flange mounting design with its power connection located above and the output direction facing side A. Ideal for tool applications, the main spindle motor can be applied as a liquid-cooling main spindle drive or a servo motor.
The main spindle motor features digital servo motor feedback. This gauges the rotor position and sends a signal to the drive, which will allow for regulation of the rotor position and speed. The motor feedback has a 1/ 2 000 000th revolution resolution. Apart from servo applications, the main spindle motor application is its primary function. The locking element of the main spindle motor, in this case, is the electrically-triggered holding brake. This is only when the motor enable is off or when the spindle is standing still. Until the drive sends a signal through the motor's motor feedback at a standstill, no clamping is possible.
The main spindle applications cannot work with an electrically-released holding brake, on the other hand. If one mistakenly uses the brake at a quick rate, it will end up damaged. This usually happens in the case of wire breakages or power failure. Also, the ADF134D-B05TA0-BS27-A2N1 main spindle motor’s housing is covered with a primary black coat. Apart from this, the black coat has another layer of paint not ticker than 40 µm afterward. This thick coating protects the main spindle drive from alkaline solutions, diluted acids, yellowing, weathering, and chalky build-ups. It can only peel when cleaned with a steam cleaner. The ADF134D-B05TA0-BS27-A2N1 features a plain output shaft with no shaft sealing ring. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
