Product Description
The Rexroth main spindle motor, ADF134D-B05TA0-BS07-A2N1/S032, is ideal for different applications as a servo and liquid-cooled main spindle motor. It features a holding brake that makes it easy to fasten the output shaft to stay still in a position. With this, the main motor can be fitted in place in any tool machine application it is being used for. There can also be an electrically triggered clamp or release for convenience. The ADF134D-B05TA0-BS07-A2N1/S032 main spindle motor also features a digital servo used for motor feedback. Using high-frequency voltage pulses, the microprocessor can send feedback to the motor and back speedily. This allows for smooth and quick response times.
When the main spindle motor is used as a servo application, the holding brake remains at linear axes when the drive enables the signal to be not activated and at a standstill. On the other hand, the motor enables it to remain on when the holding brake is at vertical axes until the brake's mechanical system has been clamped at a standstill. During servo applications, the spindle motor does not use electrically clamped holding brakes. The ADF134D-B05TA0-BS07-A2N1/S032 main spindle motor can also be used in main spindle applications as a liquid-cooled spindle motor.
All ADF134D-B05TA0-BS07-A2N1/S032 spindle motors also come with protection against contact with moving parts, foreign objects, and water. To explain the level of protection, there is an abbreviation for International Protection and two digits to show the protection grade. The first digit is for contact with moving parts and foreign objects, while the second is for water. Each part of the spindle motor, from the output shaft to the motor feedback connector, has different protection levels. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
