The output shaft of the motor is balanced with entire key and is without shaft sealing ring in this specific model. Rotor of the motor is balanced with full key feature used in shaft-hub assembly. A balanced, interconnecting part must be used with the motor. The motor is integrated with standard bearing. The permissible radial force at the output shaft is dependent upon bearing assembly and average speed.
The ADF132D-B05TB1-AS03-B2N2 electrical motor is equipped with lifetime lubricated deep grooved ball and cylindrical roller bearings. The mechanical service life of the bearings equals 20,000 working hours. Liquid cooling is used for thermal compensation with NTC thermistor being built in motor winding. Safeties for contact with live/moving parts, dust, water seeping and other extrinsic objects are incorporated in design. Motor operates on AC 380V with 36kw of output power and a sustainable torque of 229Nm. The operating permissible temperature is 0° to 45° C.
