Motors are designed to flange mounted with easy installation. The Power connector is positioned on the upward side of the motor. Motors provide long maintenance free service life, as it follows induction principle and is made with liquid cool technique. The coolant inlet and outlet connection is located on ‘B’ side of the motor. The motor is designed without holding brakes and feedback signals from motor to the drive controller is based on high resolution encoder motor feedback mechanism.
The ADF132D-B05TB1-AS03-A2S1 motor possesses a plain output shaft without sealing rings. The nominal torque is 229Nm with nominal speed of 1500 min-1. Motor operates on input voltage of 380V and constant current of 85 amperes. For safe and worthy operation, the ambient temperature of 0° to 45° C must be maintained for accuracy of the motor feedback. The protection and safety of motor is standardize as per DIN40050, providing protection against moving parts, penetration by extrinsic objects and water.
