The ADF132D-B05TA1-AS07-D2N1 Main spindle motor, made by Rexroth Indramat, is a standard in industrial electrical motors having a versatile proven experience in textile printing, and injection molding machines. The electrical motors of this series are made with liquid-cooling mechanism so as to assist long service life. When used with Rexroth Indramat state-of-the-art Drive controllers this series of motors provide broad speed ranges with extensive field weakening range of 1:6. ADF132D-B05TA1-AS07-D2N1 are designed to be flange mounted and are without holding brake mechanism. It provides digital servo feedback with integral multi-turn absolute encoder.
Rexroth Indramat main spindle motors are equipped with lifetime lubricated deep groove ball and cylindrical roller bearings. The mechanical service life of the bearings equals 20,000 working hours if the radial loads and average suggested speed as per "Technical Data" are maintained. Lubricant consumption also has a significant effect on bearing service life.
The output shaft is made with shaft sealing ring. The rotor is balanced with the key, used in the shaft-hub assembly. The rotor is balanced with full key. A balanced interconnecting part (toothed wheel, etc.) must be used. The key in the hub is not dependent upon the length of the key. The NTC thermistor of the Motor protects the motor from overheating by sending an overheat signal information to the driver to take safety action accordingly. The protection category of the motor is as per DIN 40050 standard, protecting the housing and covering against dust and seeping in water. The ADF series main spindle motors can be operated at any elevation as they are designed to be liquid cooled. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
