Product Description
Bosch Rexroth specializes in manufacturing and repairing automation products like the ADF132C-B05TB1-BS03-A2N3 from the ADF spindle motor series. These products undergo quality checks and are shipped in custom military-grade foam for safe delivery without any damage. The motor has a broad speed and field weakening range that makes it suitable for application in plastic molding, textile, and printing machines. The spindle motor also features a motor feedback module with an estimated motor speed of 1/ 2 000 000th revolutions for positioning and measuring the controllers’ rotor. A shaft extension on both sides of the servo motor makes it possible to connect the drive to additional encoders. The following components make up the ADF132C-B05TB1-BS03-A2N3 spindle motor NTC thermostat for the motor, motor feedback connection, Coolant inlet, and outlet and power connections.
A mounting flange with drill holes allowances is used for mounting of the motor drive. For heavy-duty applications, the spindle motor is fitted with a cylindrical roller bearing at the shafts to absorb radial forces. The use of the motor in heavy-duty operations should be avoided as it requires a lot of lubrication, and that could be expensive. The servo drive motor is supplied with grooved balls and roller bearings with lifetime lubrication. The ball bearings need to be replaced after 20,000 working hours on average working speeds.
The ADF132C-B05TB1-BS03-A2N3 has an R (reduced) balance class that compiles to DIN ISO 2373. The balancing can be mechanically changed to other classes such as the S (special) and S1 Balance classes for special demand requirements. This spindle motor is liquid-cooled although other cooling methods may be used if it is installed into control or closed cabinet. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
