Product Description
The ADF132C-B05TA3-BS07-A2N1/S032 power terminals can either be used through a terminal box or a power connector. The position of the output cable on the terminal box or power connector cannot be changed after the delivery of the product. The servo motor is designed with an Output Shaft to reduce friction during the connection of the shaft-hub. The shaft has the following advantages a backlash-free connection and higher run quality. The output shaft is connected to the main machine using a form-fitting Key and should be tightened firmly to withstand exerted force during operation.
Interconnected parts of the ADF132C-B05TA3-BS07-A2N1/S032 are joined together using either a half key or a full key. The controllers' rotor is balanced using a full key hence balancing the position of the shaft with that of the motor. The servo motor should be mounted through the following procedure: lift heavier parts of the control drive using the right tools as per section 11. Avoid knocking or causing any shock impact on the output shafts as this will damage the assembling points of the motor. Joined screwing caps are tightly screwed before mounting. Wiring connections should follow the circuit diagram on the manuals provided during delivery. The installation and assembly of the different parts of the control drive should be done with qualified persons.
The ADF132C-B05TA3-BS07-A2N1/S032 can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or when facing down. If the spindle motor is installed in a stand-up position, ensure liquids do not accumulate at the bottom and output shaft. Sealing types of equipment may be used to prevent the collection of the motor liquids at the output shafts, although it does not guarantee full results. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
