Product Description
The ADF1 04C-B05TR1-AS06-A2N2 Main spindle motor is an industrial spindle motor designed by Indramat technologies to supply kinetic energy industrial machines. The spindle motor is characterized by low power consumption, high reliability, small size (relative to other spindle drives), and minimal wobbling and vibration during operation. The spindle motor’s unique characteristics make it perfectly suitable for numerous insutrial machines such as printing and paper processing machines, milling machines, plastics injection molding machines, and textile machines.
The ADF104C-B05TR1-AS06-A2N2 spindle motor has a holding break which it uses to hold the shaft in place during a power interruption. For effective operation, the spindle motor is connected to the drive controller via the motor feedback mechanism, which monitors the spindle motor’s rotor position and signals it to the drive. The ADF104C-B05TR1-AS06-A2N2 spindle motor’s feedback mechanism can acknowledge rotor resolution as high as a 1/2 000 000th revolution. The spindle drive features a plain shaft without a shaft holding ring. The spindle motor also contains the power and motor’s NTC thermistor connection and the holding brake connection, which it uses to connect to the mains electricity, monitor its operating temperature, and send an electric current to its holding brake.
The ADF104C-B05TR1-AS06-A2N2 can effectively run for about 20,000 hours, through various start and stop operational cycles without breaking down. The spindle maintains its temperature using a liquid colling mechanism. The spindle motor can also be installed at any elevation as long as the ambient temperature does not exceed the range of 0 to 45 degrees Celcius. The drive does not have a holding brake, and it weighs about 70 kilograms. All installation and operation procedures should be in accordance with the instructions in the spindle motor’s documentation. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
