Product Description
The Bosh Rexroth ADF100D-B05TB1-AS03-A3N1 main spindle motor should be operated as per IEC 721-3-3, 1987 edition, or EN 60721-3-3 6/1994 edition regulations. The outer housing of the motor can be painted using a black coat. The coating also can be covered with an additional layer of paint if preferred. The layer of paint, however, should not exceed a thickness of 40 µm. The motors primary coat is resistant to discoloring (yellowing), wearing off from exposure to diluted acids or alkaline solutions. The coat will however peal if the spindle drive is continuously washed by a steam cleaner.
The ADF100D-B05TB1-AS03-A3N1 motor has a sealing ring as required by DIN 3760. The sealing ring is attached to the output shaft and should be lubricated regularly to protect it from wear and tear. Lubrication also works as a coolant of excessive heat produced at the point of contact between the output shaft and the motor. The lubrication of these parts depends on how often the parts are used during an operation.
The ADF spindle can be mounted by drilling it on the wall or other mounting point. The output shaft on the motor has a friction-free locking feature that allows the hub to interlock with ease. Fixing and adjusting of the shaft hub connection is done using two types of keys: Full or half keys. Balancing and adjusting the shaft enables the motor to withstand any force applied to it during operation. A full key is used at the shafts hub assembly to balance the rotor while the half key is used during balancing of interconnected parts of the output shaft. The balancing of the rotor makes the ADF100D-B05TB1-AS03-A3N1 spindle motor more stable during operation. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
