Product Description
The 2AD280A-B03RL1-AS06-B2V1 servo motor gives its best performance under certain environmental and mechanical conditions. The environmental operational conditions mainly include the surrounding temperature at which the motor is running and the height at which the motor is installed. The recommended temperature of operation ranges from 0 to 40 degrees centigrade whereas the height is 0 to 1000 meters above sea level. If the height or the temperature exceeds these ranges then the performance data values drop by a certain factor called load factor. This factor needs to be multiplied by the performance data to get an accurate performance value according to the specific use conditions.
The mechanical ambient conditions for this motor according to the IEC 721-3-3 standard are the motor can be operated under the influence of sinusoidal vibrations and shock vibrations in the axial and radial axis of the motor when operated in stationary conditions and weatherproofing conditions are also met.
The different parts of the motor are protected differently according to the need. It follows an international standard IEC 529 for this protection. This protection standard places different parts under different classes of Ingress Protection (IP) according to their level of protection. The output shaft seal is placed in the protection class of 65. The first number 6 represents the dust proofing whereas the second number 5 represents the water proofing. The power and feedback connection boxes are also placed under the same class. The blower motor has IP 44 safety. The blower opening screen has an IP 24 class of protection. The motor encoder connection box has an IP rating of 65. The grease used in the motor bearing has a lifetime cycle, but if the motor is mounted vertically, in any position of IM V1, IM V5, IM V3, or IM V6, then the lifetime of the grease reduces to 50%.
