Product Description
The 2AD280A-B03RL1-AS06-A2N1 servo motor comes with a blower to cool it down while running because it produces a lot of heat during its operation. This blower has a 3-phase motor at works at 440 volts. The control of the blower is not dependent on the control of the motor. For the extra protection of the motor windings from overheating and burning out, its windings have two temperature sensors installed in it. These sensors are NTC-type thermistors. By default, only one of them is in use. If one gets damaged or gets out of order then the second one can be used. The connecting wires of the sensors are placed with the main power connector of the motor. The spare sensor wires are also placed outside for ready-to-use and are electrically insulated in the flange socket housing. If there is a need to connect this spare sensor the flange socket housing must be opened and then connected.
The main power terminals of the motor use a 3 3-phase power supply. These three phases use 3 different power cables and a ground cable for operation. The main power cables are labeled as U, V, and W. The terminals of these cables have M12 holes in it for mounting and use ring terminals. The ground cable also uses the same M12 hole ring terminals for connection.
While connecting the power cables it is necessary to make sure the shield of the cables is connected to the power control cabinet by using as much surface contact area as possible. The power cables should be connected through fuses. It should be installed in the switch cabinet and as close to the power output as possible.
