Product Description
Part of the 2AD servo motor series from Rexroth Indramat, the 2AD132C-B35OA2-BS03/S019 is an induction-based asynchronous servo motor that can provide a maximum output speed of 7500 rotations per minute. To make sure the motor does not vibrate too much during high-speed rotations, the 2AD132C-B35OA2-BS03/S019 comes with a vibration severity grade R that provides a reinforced motor housing construction which ensures minimum vibration travel throughout the motor and keeps the motor very stable during operation. To further ensure the motor is stable during operation, the 2AD132C-B35OA2-BS03/S019 can be mounted using a flange mount to center align the servo shaft to keep the load perfectly at the center of the servo motor to keep it uniform.
This servo comes with a rated speed rating of 1500 rpm while operating at an operating voltage of 179 volts AC with a phase input configuration. The input voltage frequency of this servo motor is between 50 Hz to 60 Hz. At the nominal rated input, this servo motor requires approximately 65 amperes of current from the power supply module to operate. The compatible power supply module can be selected from the manual of this servo motor or you can refer to the manufacturer's website for more information.
These servo motors are designed to be controlled using the INDRADRIVE, DIAX, or ECODRIVE control modules, each offering unique controlling methods and features including vector control, frequency control, and PWM control system. To enhance the accuracy further, these motor driver modules also come with various types of communication methods such as the EnDat 2.1 digital encoder interface, Serial communication, RS-232, RS-485, and other various communication methods to control the encoders on this servo motor for better positioning of the shaft.
