The 2AD132C-B05OR1-CS06-C2N1 is a 96 Nm Asynchronous servo motor that offers a digital servo feedback system. The digital servo feedback system helps transfer shaft position values over to the motor control module from the encoder using a digital communication interface that not only allows for smooth data transfer but also helps reduce errors in the communication by encrypting the data and using CRC checks to make sure the data transferred is accurate. This motor offers a nominal speed of 1500 rpm and can attain a maximum speed of 7500 rpm.
This motor requires a nominal voltage rating of 279 volts AC and should be operated using a power supply module that can offer at least 39 Amperes of current, which is also the nominal value of current of this motor. In the case of derating conditions, this motor can still provide a speed of 500 to 1000 rpm. To help keep the motor cool during high-speed operation, the 2AD132C-B05OR1-CS06-C2N1 comes with an axial blower fan that blows air from the rear of the motor to the front of the motor, helping cool the copper coil winding of the motor and reducing power dissipation.
This motor offers the C2N1 configuration features, which allows this motor to feature a smooth shaft design, along with a shaft seal that helps protect the motor from dust from penetrating the shaft opening and also helps create a lubrication oil seal preventing it from spilling. This motor does not offer a second shaft end and comes with standard bearings and also has a vibration severity grade R, which is the reinforced design rating helping keep the motor stable during high-speed rotations.
