Product Description
Designed to provide a high-speed output of 7500 rpm, the 2AD132C-B05OL6-BS07-A2N1 from Rexroth is a great piece of industrial automation motor that can also be used for providing a nominal torque of up to 96 Nm which is perfect for robotics applications that require a lot of rotational force when being used to produce high-speed movements. The motor comes with standard-type bearings that allow the motor to attain such a high speed and must be lubricated to prolong the life of the motors.
With the inclusion of a Radial blower (also known as a centrifugal blower), which is a type of fan that uses a motor to generate radial airflow. Instead of moving air in a straight line, it forces air outward from the center of the blower housing to the edges, creating a higher pressure. This radial blower is placed on the right side of the motor and allows the air to move from the rear to the front of the motor. The blower has a power consumption rating of 330 VA and operates at 400 to 460 volts AC with a 3-phase input configuration and 50 to 60 Hz input frequency rating. The average air volume of this blower is 1000 m3 per hour helping cool the motor at a much quicker pace.
With the A2N1 configuration, the 2AD132C-B05OL6-BS07-A2N1 comes with a smooth shaft design along with a shaft seal to keep the front of the motor protected by preventing dust and moisture from entering the front of the motor. To accurately track the shaft position, the 2AD132C-B05OL6-BS07-A2N1 comes with digital servo feedback with an integral multiturn absolute encoder to track both position and number of turns.
