The 2AD132C-B05OB2-BS03-C2N2 asynchronous AC motor introduced by Bosch Rexroth has high-performance capabilities when it is operated as a main spindle drive. This motor has an output shaft with a keyway. The product can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. This device must be deactivated whenever a malfunction occurs. The unit delivers maintenance-free operation if it is used within the indicated operating conditions. Its mechanical and electrical connections have to be checked at least every 1000 operating hours. This motor may require the blower to be disconnected for troubleshooting or maintenance measures.
The product can be deactivated by switching off the control and power voltages of the drive controller. This device must not be put into operation in a damaged or defective state. The unit is not supposed to be lifted by holding onto the output shaft or blower. Its maintenance must not be undertaken when the machine is in the running state. This motor should be operated only with a commissioned drive controller. The product has a surface temperature of over 60 degrees C when its operation takes place. This device is protected against thermal overload by the NTC thermistor. The unit must be installed as mentioned in its documentation. It may be needed to include additional sensors and actuators to control and monitor the motor.
This motor must be connected only with the cables from the manufacturer. The product should not be used when there is an extreme temperature fluctuation. This device should be handled only by qualified and trained personnel. The unit must be allowed to cool down after it has been switched off before it is touched. Its permanent magnets generate strong magnetic and electromagnetic fields when it is being operated. This asynchronous AC motor must not be used when there is an extreme temperature fluctuation.
