Product Description
The 2AD132B-B35ORE-BS0A-C2N1 from Rexroth Bosch Electric is an Asynchronous design AC motor that is designed for high torque applications. This motor design is divided into two different parts, the stator where the coils or the poles of the motor are placed for inducing electromagnetic induction, and the rotor which has the shaft connected to it for spinning. This motor has a 3 pole design and hence requires a 3 phase voltage input of 168 volts AC with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz; however, users can vary this frequency to regulate the speed of the rotor.
This motor is perfect for operating gearboxes for large machinery that requires a higher magnitude of torque since it can easily produce a torque of up to 96 Nm with a maximum speed of 7500 rotations per minute. The shaft of this motor is also smooth and balanced with the key, which is again perfect for connecting it to gears and other shaft couplers. Being a perfectly balanced shaft allows the weight on it to be evenly spread, reducing axial load and preventing the shaft from breaking or bending.
To control the shaft accurately, this servo motor uses digital encoder feedback, helping it increase the accuracy of the shaft placement, enhancing the overall control system of the servo motor, and making it a reliable choice in the market. This motor uses the EnDat 2.1 serial communication protocol for communicating with its control module. This kind of protocol provides data encryption as well as error detection features to allow for smooth communication between the motor and controller module. The controller module uses a two-wire serial connection for easy wiring.
