Part of the 2AD Asynchronous motor series, the 2AD132B-B35OR6-BS03-B2N1/S020 is a servo motor designed to offer a rotational torque between 45 Nm to 96 Nm allowing this motor to be used for both low and high torque applications. This motor also has incredible speed limits, with a base speed of 1500 rpm up to 7500 rpm making it perfect for drilling applications as well. The motor comes with standard-type bearings that should last around 30,000 cycles of use.
This motor comes with a shaft sealing ring to prevent anyone from entering the motor's chassis or spilling things out such as lubrication oil. The motor also comes with an IP 67 protection rating for protecting against dust and low-pressure water jets such as rain and drizzle when mounted out in the open. This motor is designed to offer two mounting options, the foot mounting option perfect for pulley action systems and the second is the flange mounting option that allows this motor to mount itself radially onto a gearbox to operate it smoothly without generating axial stress on the motor shaft causing heat dissipation or leading to bending or breaking of the motor shaft.
This motor has a maximum operating temperature range of 45 degrees Celsius, and with the help of an axial blower, the motor can cool down its internals quickly on the go. The axial blower requires 400 volts AC to operate and consumes approximately 3.6 Amperes of current. This motor also comes with a class F insulation rating to protect the motor against fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius.
