Product Description
The 2AD132B-B35OA1-BS03-A2V1 induction motor from Bosch Rexroth's well-known 2AD series is designed for flexibility and reliability and is mainly used as a servo drive motor as well as a rotary main spindle motor. This motor has an axial blower which blows the air flows through specific channels over the surface of the motor from one side B to the other side A in order to cool the motor. To guarantee that the blower supplies sufficient air flow for cooling, Bosch Rexroth advises to keep a minimum distance of 80 mm between the blower and walls.
In case of fluid being present in the air such as spraying or dripping, the manufacturer suggests using a labyrinth seal though it is to be noted that this motor does not come with a shaft seal. However, there is an option of a sealing shaft. In addition, the motor features a plain output shaft to allow for a wide range of applications as well as secure coupling with other systems. Additionally, this model does not have an electrically released holding brake in its system.
The bearing support of the motor is a standard deep-groove ball bearing with a vibration severity standard of S. This bearing is suitable for moderate axial and radial loads, it has a long service life and is readily available in the market thus making it suitable for use in various industries. The motor is developed to work in the temperature range from 0 to 45 degrees C and it is recommended to install the motor at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level. It is hazardous to use the motor outside the parameters mentioned above as it may lead to efficiency loss, reduced reliability and overall effectiveness as a result of deviations from its intended load factor.
