The 2AD132B-B35OA1-BS03-A2N2 motor is an AC motor of the 2AD series produced by Bosch Rexroth. This series is a family of high quality, asynchronous motors for heavy duty use with a robust construction and an integrated blower for cooling purposes which makes them ideal for harsh industrial applications. These motors are widely used in different industries; machine tool applications like lathes and milling machines, printing and paper processing machinery, food processing and packaging, metalworking and fabrication machinery among others.

This motor provides a nominal torque of 64 Nm with the nominal current of 45 A; the motor operates at base speed of 1500 rpm and maximum speed of 7500 rpm. The nominal power of this motor is 10 kW. This version has a frame shape of type B35, which implies that it has flange mount as well as foot mount. It also has an axial blower for cooling purposes with power supply of 230V, with airflow design that blows air from the B side to the A side of the motor.

The motor does not have an electrically released holding brake which is a locking mechanism of the main spindle. Furthermore, the motor has high-resolution motor feedback for relative indirect position detection. The output shaft comes with a plain shaft that does not have a shaft seal.

This AC motor is to work within the temperature range of 0 to 45 degree Celsius and the installation height should not be more than 1000 meters above sea level.
