Product Description

The 2AD132B-B35LB1-BS03-B2V1 is an Asynchronous AC servo motor from the 2AD series by Rexroth, Bosch Electric designed for high torque demanding applications. This servo motor operates at a base speed of 1500 rotations per minute and can achieve a maximum speed of 7500 rotations per minute. With a torque rating ranging from 64 Nm to 96 Nm, it is perfect for applications requiring significant rotational torque, such as in robotics and automation systems.

To cool the motor during high power-consuming applications, the 2AD132B-B35LB1-BS03-B2V1 comes with an axial blower fan that requires 230 Volts AC to operate. This axial blower fan creates an air vacuum inside the motor taking the air from the rear end and pushing it out the front, cooling the motor coil in the process. This motor has 3 coils that can be excited with voltage with varying frequencies to help regulate the speed of the motor. This motor is designed to operate at a 3-phase input voltage with an input frequency ranging between 50 to 60 Hz.

This motor also features high-resolution digital feedback to control the positioning of the shaft accurately to minimize errors and to enhance the overall reliability of this servo motor to be used in high-precision applications. The power connection and the terminal box are placed on the rear end of the motor as this helps the wiring stay out of shaft rotation and also keeps the wiring nice and tidy making it easier for the user to access them during operation. The power cable has a thickness of 2.5 mm which is perfect since high currents are being passed through the conductor and a thick wire would be perfect for such purposes.
