Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's 2AD132B-B05RA3-BS03-B3N1 asynchrony motor is developed aimed at industrial woks where both strength and precision are required. With power upto 10kW, this motor is good for a number of high speed applications since it delivers a maximum torque of 64Nm at a base speed of 1500 min__. It also has a maximum speed of 7500 min__ which permits usage where high speed is demand. The motor, even if loaded with a considerable load, performs under normal operational conditions, supplied at a continuous current of 30A, without any fluctuations. Rotor inertia of 0.054 kgm_ provides soft start-stop conditions. The motor has 45 minutes thermal time constant that serves the purpose of contact cooling over a prolonged period of use and for reliable electrical contacts more than minimum cross-section area of 10 mm2 is needed.
Like any other high voltage device, working with the 2AD132B-B05RA3-BS03-B3N1 motor requires precautions. Only authorized trained and qualified personnel must be allowed to install, operate, maintain, and repair this equipment to avoid electric shock or serious injury personnel. Following standard rules of construction and safety for high voltage electric systems is essential.
To prevent electrical hazards, the equipment will not be powered on during any activities requiring working with anything powered above 50 V without first disconnecting the main power. In addition, strategies need to be taken to ensure that the equipment cannot possibly be activated again by accident. It has to be observed that a person does not do reparative work or maintenance after the electrical power supply that was interacting with the motor has been disconnected for less than five minutes. A vital thing to do with the equipment prior to using it is checking its capacitors voltage levels.
