Product Description
Rexroth Bosch Group's 2AD132B-B05OA2-BS03 is an example of their commitment to manufacturing quality and durability in one place. This asynchronous, electrical motor weighs 90 kg along with the mass of the blower which helps in cooling the heated components of the motor. From functional technicalities to construction detailings, this motor delivers the best performance.
The recommended ambient temperature range during operation is 0 degrees C to 45 degrees C for the maximum life of the motor and the sound pressure level of this motor is estimated to be 75 dB (A) from a 1 meter distance with 4 kHz Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The value of the rotor's moment of inertia without holding brakes is 0.054 kgm2 facilitates smooth acceleration and deceleration and the minimum connection cross-section according to EN 60204 is 10 mm2. The thermal time constant is estimated to be 45 minutes and the motor is capable of achieving 7500 rpm of peak speed. However, the base speed which is recommended as well for continuous operation is 1500 rpm which can be achieved when the motor is connected to any voltage source that's providing 168 volts of DC current. In addition to the voltage, a nominal current of 45 A is also required to not only rotate the rotor but to generate the torque of 64 Nm and deliver the nominal power of 10 kW. The insulations of the motor can easily withstand 155 degrees C of temperature and the blower is resistant to low-pressure water jet sprays and small dust granules as well.
In addition to this, the motor can be attached to the surface of the machinery with the help of flanges that can be secured with screws and bolts and the connector for establishing an electrical connection is present at the top of the housing. For further electrical cables and wirings, refer to the terminal box connection which is present on the A side of the blower.
