The construction of the motor allows you to attach the motor to any surface with the flanges. Additionally, you can find all the wiring and electrical cables of the motor in the terminal box that is present on the A side of the housing. However, the connector is present on the top so that you can easily connect the motor to an electrical power source. Under normal conditions, the rotor rotates at a base speed of 1500 rpm but it is constructed in such a way that the speed can exceed 7500 rpm to meet the industrial needs. However, the ambient temperature must be controlled and never exceed 40 degrees C if you want to keep the motor going for long. Although, the motor has an in-built cooling system in which axial fans evacuate the heat efficiently from the motor still the ambient temperature should lie somewhere between 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C when the motor is in operation.
The 2AD132B-B05OA2-BS01-B2N3 is able to deliver 64 Nm of torque upon drawing 54 A of nominal current and when connected to a voltage source provides 168 volts of nominal current. Its thermal time constant is 45 minutes and the sound pressure level appeared to be 75 dB (A) when measured from 1 meter distance with 4 kHz Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The balance and insulations, both are certified by different standards that guarantee their resistance against high temperatures, water jet sprays, and dust particles. In addition to this, the plain shaft of the motor also facilitates the smooth attachment but the only con is that the shaft sealing ring is absent in this model. The side B shaft end is also not present due to which this motor can be installed in even space-limited machinery.
