Rexroth Bosch Indramat, a well-known company that produces AC servo motors, provides a variety of shaft types for their different motor series. The other construction class that is possible for Rexroth’s 2AD motors is the B35 construction category. B35 motors allow either flange or foot mounting methods. The 2AD104D-B05OB8-ES07-A2N1 has a B05 construction and a power plug connector on side B. Another feature of this motor model that separates it from other motors is its cooling mode. Normally, 2AD motors employ axially mounted fans for cooling. The 2AD104D-B05OB8-ES07-A2N1, however, uses radially mounted fans on the left side of the motor to facilitate surface cooling and ventilation.
