Rexroth Bosch Group specializes in the production of 2AD104D-B05OB1-GS06-B2N1 motors. It is a low-power AC motor suitable for small appliances. The size of the motor is 100 and can be flange mounted to any surface or any device.

The power terminal is present at the top whereas the power terminal output connector is present at the B side of the housing body. The cooling is carried out by an axial blower that consumes 60 VA for blowing and 70 VA for suction. It rotates in a clockwise direction and a nominal voltage of 230 or 115 V is required for the functioning of the axial blower that produces 230 m3/h medium air volume while blowing and 195 m3/h medium air volume while suctioning. This motor is not equipped with a holding brake. 2AD104D has an incorporated potentiometer that monitors the actual position of the shaft for improved accuracy and smooth movements as they have digital servo feedback. The output shaft is balanced with the entire key without a shaft seal and has an N standard bearing.

The winding of this motor is represented by GS and the mass is 60 kg. It produces noise of 70 dB (A) at a 1m distance with 4 kHz Pulse Width Modulation (PDM). The rated torque of this motor is 70 Nm and the rated current it consumes is 13.1 A. Even at a standstill position, the continuous current consumption and the continuous torque remain the same as the rated current and rated torque. The rated speed of the 2AD104D is 750 rpm but it can be increased to its maximum speed i.e. 9,000 rpm.
