Bosch Rexroth manufactures the 2AD104C-B35OB1-DS06-B2N1 servo motor. A digital servo feedback system with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder is installed on the servo motor. The motor controller can precisely and consistently regulate the movement of the motor thanks to the encoder's exact position data. The motor itself is appropriate for situations where a keyed connection is not necessary since it features a simple, balanced shaft without a keyway. It is designed for situations free of liquids and debris since it does not have a shaft sealing ring.
Standard bearings are used in the motor and are appropriate for the majority of general-purpose applications with modest loads and speeds. With a vibration severity grade of 2 (Level S), it satisfies DIN ISO 2373 vibration tolerance requirements, guaranteeing dependable and smooth operation. The motor has a 52 Nm torque rating, an 800 rpm speed limit, and a 4.4 kW power output. When operating under these rated circumstances, it consumes 10.0 A of current.
A radial blower is used to cool this module, assisting in the maintenance of ideal working temperatures. The blower runs at 60 VA and may be powered by 50/60 Hz ±10% at 230V or 115V. It can move 200 m3/h of air. The blower has an IP24 protection certification, shielding it from water spray and solid objects bigger than 12 mm, while the motor itself has an IP65 protection rating, making it dust-tight and resistant to water jets. The motor can run in ambient temperatures between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius because of its insulation class of F. The motor has a maximum speed of 9000 rpm, but when it is used with an ECODRIVE03 controller and certain feedback choices, its maximum speed is restricted to 3500 rpm.
