Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the 2AD104C-B05OB1-CS0B-E2N2 AC servo motor. This servo motor is meant to be firmly attached onto a machine's flange for steady operation since it is designed for flange installation (B05). When there is a need for exact alignment or when there is limited space, this mounting type is often used. Standard bearings (N), deep groove ball bearings appropriate for modest radial and axial stresses often seen in servo applications, are fitted in the motor. With a torque rating of 30 Nm (Newton meters), this servo motor can rotate at a force of 30 Nm while operating continuously.
The motor's rated speed of 1500 rpm (revolutions per minute) indicates the best speed at which to provide its 4.6 kW (kilowatts) of rated power. The motor's power output indicates its ability to rotate mechanically, which makes it appropriate for a range of industrial applications requiring moderate power levels and accurate motion control. The rated current for this motor is 11.9 A. This is the continuous current that, under typical operating circumstances, the motor is intended to manage. Long-term overflow of this current may result in overheating and possible damage.
The rotor's moment of inertia is 0.014 kgm^2. The rotor's resistance to variations in rotational motion is shown by this number. The motor is more responsive when it has a smaller moment of inertia because it can accelerate and decelerate more quickly. The motor's weight of 37 kg must be taken into account while building the mounting and support structure. Up to 3,500 rpm is the greatest speed it may achieve; however, this is restricted when using an ECODRIVE03 drive controller with feedback choices "C" or "D." The encoder's inability to precisely monitor position at faster speeds is probably the cause of this speed decrease. The motor produces noise at a level of 70 decibels (A). We offer a full one-year warranty.
