The 2AD101D-B05OA2-BD03-D2N2/S003 series consists of asynchronous housing motors with short-circuit rotor and surface ventilated by solidly connected fan units (axial or radial blower). For the perfect adaptation of the motor to the machine, different sizes with practically tested options can be selected like either flange mounting or flange & foot mounting. This motor does not feature a holding brake. Motor feedback is made possible by high resolution motor feedback, the absolute accuracy of this system is ± 0.02 ° & (± 1.2´).

These motors are manufactured by Bosch group & are well known for their reliability, high power to weight ratio, efficiency & versatility towards numerous industry applications. The data of the functional aspects of the motor are as follows the sound pressure level clocking in 70 db(A), mass 60 kgs and producing a torque of 60Nm, power produced by the motor is 9.5 Kw, motor speed ranging from 1500 min^-1 to 9000 min^-1, insulation class is ‘F’, air current flows from A to B, power consumption of motor blower is 50 VA & average air volume is 460 m³/h, power terminal has connector to side A & terminal box on blower.

The NTC thermistor monitor in the drive protects the motor against overheating. The motor is balanced with entire key and has a shaft sealing ring ensuring IP 65 rating for output shaft. The vibration severity grade produced by this motor is ‘S.’ The warranty period for this motor is 1 year.
