The 2AD101D-B05OA1-BD03-B2N1/S006 is a 2AD AC motor designed for printing, packaging, and reshaping or molding machines. This AC motor has a frame size D with a BD winding configuration. The motor has a nominal power rating of 9.5 kW while producing a high torque of 60 Nm. The motor can produce a base speed of 1500 rotations per minute and can go all the way up to its peak speed of a whopping 9000 rotations per minute.

This motor requires a nominal voltage of 187 Volts AC to operate with a current draw of 42 Amperes making it electrically demanding motor. The motor has a rotor inertia of 0.028 kilograms per meter square. To cool down the motor, the 2AD101D-B05OA1-BD03-B2N1/S006 features a 230 Volts AC Axial blower fan which moves the air from the back and then pushes it out to the front of the motor. Unfortunately, the 2AD101D-B05OA1-BD03-B2N1/S006 does not feature an electrical holding brake to help prevent the rotation of the motor in the case of power loss.

The motor feedback connection is available on the rear of the motor and it IP 65 rated just like the motor itself preventing dust and moisture from affecting them. The motor features standard type bearings which can be replaced for maintenance after 30000 cycles or they can also be replaced for a new one to help prolong the motor life and improve the overall performance of the motor. This motor is only designed for torque transmission.
