Product Description

The Rexroth Bosch company is recognized for developing the hardware required for various products that range from drive controllers to drive converters. This group also develops 2AD servo motors. One of which is 2AD100D-B05OR1-AS03-A2N1.

The 2AD series of industrial-grade AC motors provide dependable performance for a range of applications including machine tools, printing, packing, and reshaping. These motors offer a base speed range of 1500 rpm and the maximum speed it can reach is 9000 rpm with a nominal output of 7.5 kW. They are available in a compact 100-frame form with flange mounting for simple integration. They generate a nominal torque of 48 Nm and operate with a nominal current of 35A at a nominal voltage of 173V. Functioning efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 45°C, these motors maintain moderate noise levels of 70 dB(A) at 1 meter. The bearing standard "N" guarantees the extended service life and improved safety and control are provided by the integrated holding brake. When engaged, the brake produces a holding torque of 30 Nm, and when released, it delivers 24 Nm. For easier-to-use operation, an integrated control panel makes setup and setting simpler. For optimal thermal management, The thermal time constant is 45 minutes and rotor inertia is 0.026 kgm². The nominal terminal voltage is 24 V with a 10% residual effect. The nominal holding brake current is 0.9 A and the maximum braking energy is 20,000 Ws. For cooling purposes, this machine uses an axial blower in which the air flows from B to A.
