Product Description
This 2AD100D-B05OA6-AS03-C2N1 motor is a part of the 2AD series manufactured and designed by Rexroth Bosch. All these motors work in integration with complimenting machinery and are designed to run at ambient temperature or elevation. The AC motor produces high torque and speed by employing a high amount of alternating current input, which makes its performance better than that of DC motors. These high-speed motors use blowers, which are more efficient than ordinary fans or convectional cooling methods.
The elevation limit and temperature vary with each type of motor, and this 2AD motor can only work in an environment where the surrounding temperature is more than 0 and less than 40 ºC. The AC motor has a 100D dimension (size and length) and has integrated NTC thermistors, flanges, junction box, radial blower, encoder, driven shaft, and standard bearings. The NTC thermistor detects temperature changes by using the resistance qualities of the sensor's composite material. Flanges help distribute the motor's load across a wider region and reduce the pressure on the connected parts. This increases the motor's longevity and reduces the likelihood of failure.
The radial fan blows the air with a volume of 1200 M3/H towards side A of the motor. A radial blower pulls the air in a parallel direction along the shaft and expels it in a perpendicular direction. The blades of this fan are radial and flat, which makes it suitable for challenging and heavy-duty applications. The plain shaft and standard bearing are used. The bearings of the motor support the rotor, retain a steady and small air gap, and move loads from the driving shaft to the alternating current motor.
