Product Description
The 2AD100D-B05OA4-AS03-B2N2 asynchronous motor is designed and developed by Rexroth Bosch Company. The 2AD series' motors are all compatible with DIAX, INDRADRIVE, and ECODRIVE control devices. These asynchronous motors act as both servo drive motors and rotary main spindles due to their high torque. These squirrel cage motors with NTC sensors offer additional control and monitoring options for integrated drives. The motor's acceleration, torque, and speed are determined by the drive controller, which serves as the motor's brain and aids in controlling the motor according to the particular demands of the integrated drive.
The 2AD100D-B05OA4-AS03-B2N2 motor has a predetermined length of 100 with a D size, 1500 rpm speed, and flange mounting (05). The 2AD motor has flange sockets for integration with drives. Two types of power connectors are used with flange sockets: INS0380 and INS0480. The machine is simple to mount or dismount due to the flange sockets. The 2AD induction motor has a squirrel cage rotor and does not require brushes or slip rings to operate. The air gap in the rotor and stator is steady. It is not possible to add external resistance to the rotor circuit.
The plugs are used with the blower unit and the power connection at side A of the motor to provide output. The employed axial blower is more efficient in terms of power usage as it uses electricity and consumes less energy. The blower is protected against solid particles and water via IP25 standards. Sine-wave signals are produced as output by the high-resolution encoder. The 2AD series induction motors require no maintenance if operated under the specified conditions, while operation under extreme conditions limits efficiency.
