Product Description
The 2AD100D-B05OA2-AS11 AC motor is manufactured by the Rexroth Indramat Group. Two types of mounting are common in motors in the AD series: B5 and B35. There are B5 flanges for every size motor in the 2AD series. The motor frame diameter of 100D is smaller than the B5 flange diameter. No tapping is used in the holes. The motor that transforms electrical power into mechanical power derives its output power from the coupling that is fixed to the shaft. As a result, the mechanical output provided by the motor drives the load linked to its shaft. The 230 output voltages are produced by axial blowing.
Axial fans are a useful tool for managing the convection cooling of internal components of the motor that produce unwanted heat. The axial propeller generates a force that propels the air forward. As a result, air is pulled into one end of the fan and blown out the other. The main purpose of holding brakes is to retain the load in place when the power is cut off. The rotation is complete; movement has ceased. The only thing left to do is keep the load constant until operations resume. The electrical clamping slows down the spinning by generating friction.
The electronically locked brake has an average lock delay of 50 ms and a mass of 1.5 kg. Using the type code, several frame sizes along with tested choices can be chosen for the best possible motor-to-machine match. There are additional options for external attachments. The type code is a description of the available motor versions and serves as the foundation for choosing and placing orders for Bosch Rexroth products. This code applies to all new products, replacement parts, and repairs.
