2AD100C-B05OR1-AS03-A2N1 is a Bosch Rexroth 2AD series asynchronous motor. In contrast to synchronous motors whose shafts are synchronized to the frequency of input current, the speed of asynchronous motors is less than the synchronous speed. Base speed of the 2AD100C-B05OR1-AS03-A2N1 motor is 1500 RPM and its speed can go up to a maximum of 9000 RPM. Standard bearings are used for motor construction. The motor does not require maintenance, which reduces operating costs and improves productivity and therefore profitability.
