The 2AD100C-B05OA2-AS03/S005 is an induction motor model in the 2AD series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its operational reliability is enhanced by the presence of NTC thermistors in its windings. These thermo-sensitive elements protect the motor from irreversible damage due to thermal overload and send error messages after initiating protective mechanisms. The 2AD model has high-resolution feedback for position detection and reaches a maximum speed of 9,000 revolutions per minute. It is equipped with an axial blower generating an air stream from side A to side B. These air currents are guided through shrouds over the motor’s surface to ensure efficient heat elimination.
