2AD100C-B05OA1-AS13-A2N2 is an industrial servo motor. It is designed by Bosch for industrial use. The motor supports several features that make it and outstanding choice for high-performance control applications. Some of the motor features include high-resolution motor feedback, plain shaft without seal, electrically-engaged holding brake, axial blower and a power plug on the top side of the motor housing. All parts mounted to side B of shaft end must have protection category IP65 as per DIN 40050. The input voltage requirement of the blower is 230 Volts AC. Operators can also order radial blowers rated for 115/230 Volts AC. The location of the power plug and its output direction can be specified at the time of equipment ordering. On the 2AD100C-B05OA1-AS13-A2N2 motor the power plug’s output direction is towards side A.

Operators can mount the motor by securing its flange securely to the mounting surface. Size of the motor flange is 192 millimeters and the diameter of each of the four mounting holes is 14 millimeters. Centering diameter of the motor is 130 millimeters. The diameter of the main shaft is 32 millimeters. Approximate length of the servo motor is 613 millimeters. The motor is packed onto a pallet or in a carton at the time of delivery. In the case of single item order, the motor is secured against movement with wooden pegs wedged into strategic spots and is further fastened into place with taut metal bands. If several motors are delivered together, then there will be up to three motors fixed into place on one pallet. These are, in turn, prevented against moving into other with the styrofoam which is wedged in between them.
