Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is globally recognized for its ultra-modern drive and motion control units, all of which are designed to simplify operations for different industrial purposes. The frameless spindle motors of the 1MB series are designed and manufactured by Rexroth for use as direct drives in motor spindles. The 1MS stators are the stators of the motors in this series. They are liquid-cooled stators that equip the frameless motors with a high power density and enhance the rapid and effective dissipation of heat from them. One of these stators is the 1MS375D-6D-A1/S010 model.
The 1MS375D-6D-A1/S010 stator is ideal for 1MB motors with a 375 frame size and frame length D. To perform its motor cooling function, an aluminum cooling jacket is featured in the stator’s design. The coolant flows around this jacket to ensure that the temperature of the spindle housing is uniformly regulated. Its electrical connections are done using 1.5 m long cables enclosed in a protective pipe. They are conducted through the stator end with a bigger exterior diameter. These cables are made up of power wires, all of which are equipped with wire end sleeves.
Temperature monitoring of the 1MS375D-6D-A1/S010 is facilitated by the inclusion of special NTC resistors, PTC resistors, and bimetals in the stator. For optimal operation throughout its service life, it should only be operated in an area with an ambient temperature between 0 oC and 40 oC. The setup elevation should also be a maximum of 1000 m above sea level. To keep the fit on its cooling jacket intact, it should only be stored vertically and in an atmosphere void of dust and vibrations. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
