The 1MS312C-4C-A1 model is CE-certified and built to UL standards. The stator was designed by Bosch Rexroth and should only be used with the company’s recommended accessories. The stator’s winding conductivity and resistivity are both relativity good. The 1MS stator is used with the rotor to generate a strong torque and consume a specific amount of current. If the spindle becomes deformed after the rotor has been mounted, the distortion must be repaired using a clamping mechanism and other equipment. The clamping device must firmly lock the rotor to the spindle and prevent it from moving axially. The 1MS stator is susceptible to power loss and should only be used according to the instructions manual. The stator has an insulation class of F and can be placed at a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The model possesses a motor length and size of C and 312, respectively. The model uses a liquid cooling technique to regulate its temperature and has a cooling inlet temperature range of 10 to 40 degree Celsius.

The model 1MS312C-4C-A1 should be set up horizontally in a dust-free atmosphere. Because of its IP00 protection level, the stator must be installed in a dry environment. The model is designed to be wound in a 4C configuration. The model has a permissible inlet pressure of 3 bars and is equipped with an aluminum cooling jacket as well.  The model contains a 1.5 m cable conducted through stator end with a bigger exterior diameter.
