Product Description
The 1MS310B-6B-A1/S010 is a motor stator designed by Rexroth Indramat for asynchronous spindle motors; this motor stator contains wire windings that generates an electromagnetic field when electrical energy is passed through it; the electromagnetic field then stimulates the rotational movements of the rotator present in the asynchronous motor.
The 1MS310B-6B-A1/S010 asynchronous motor stator is manufactured according to the IP00 protection category; it is covered with protective varnish, which is resistant against liquid substances and prevents rusting, which can lead to rapid degeneration of the stator. This asynchronous motor stator can stimulate the rotation of the motor rotor over a broad speed range; this makes it particularly suitable for motors that operate in a wide range of industrial production systems such as food processing machines, packaging machines, robotic machines and handling systems. The integration of this stator into the asynchronous motor is fairly straightforward; however, it should be done by well-trained personnel who has gone through the documentation of the rotor, stator and the asynchronous motor itself.
The 1MS310B-6B-A1/S010 stator can stimulate the rotor of the motor to rotate at a speed of about 700 revolutions per minute while it receives a rated current of 75 amperes, also at a current of about 164 amperes, it can generate rotational movements of about 2800 revolutions per minute and an output torque of 651-newton meters. The thermal time constant of this device is about 10 minutes; it also contains three pole pairs and has a mass of approximately 67 kilograms. The 1MS310B-6B-A1/S010 stator is provided with a 1.5-meter long connection stand enclosed in a tube and contains the power wires and the conductor pairs for the electrical sensors located in the winding head. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
