Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is highly concerned about its product quality and offers economical and sustainable products such as 1MS stator, inverter modules, and industrial PCs.
The 1MS270C-4B-A2 model is a stator of a frameless spindle motor designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The stator is designed to be installed in the main spindle and it makes a 255 V electrical connection through a terminal box, mounted at the spindle of the motor. The 1MS stator maintains its ambient temperature by using an aluminum cooling jacket in which a coolant is used at the flow rate of 5.2 l/min to maintain its ambient temperature. It is a part of a 1MB synchronous kit spindle motor and has two pole pairs. The 1MS stator is designed to generate the 190 Nm of torque in the rotor while consuming the rated current of 96 A. The stator is capable to rotate the rotor at the continuous speed of 1500 rpm while delivering the continuous power of 30 kW at the rotor end. The stator winding has a winding resistance of 0.099 Ohms and the torque constant of the motor using 1MS270C stator is 2.12 Nm/A. The stator is designed as per the IP00 protection category and it will be difficult to use this model in a damp environment.
The model 1MS270C-4B-A2 is equipped with two temperature monitoring sensors (NTC) to monitor the temperature of the motor winding. The overall weight of the 1MS stator is 82 kg, excluding the accessories. The model has an operating temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius, without derating. As per DIN VDE 0530-1, the model comes under insulation class-F. The model is mainly used to perform various tooling operations. The power cable (1.5 meters) with a smaller exterior diameter is used by this model. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
