Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 is stator for 1MB motors. The stator is made of a laminated core, with end windings located on the front and on the cooling jacket. The stator is axially mounted in the motor spindle at either the thin or thick end of the stator and is then secured against movement. The stator can be used for motors with the following specifications: motor size 270, motor length C and winding code 4B. The 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 stator includes an aluminum cooling jacket. The electrical connection on the stator is through a cable with a length of 1.5 meters. This cable is conducted through the 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 stator end and has a larger exterior diameter. The 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 also includes PTC and NTC resistors. These resistors enable interfacing with 3rd-party controllers.
The motor on which the 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 is used has a IP00 protection rating. The permissible operating temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The permissible temperature range for storage and transport is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. The weight of the 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 stator is 82 kilograms. The allowed maximum height of the installation site is 1000 meters above sea level. Frameless spindle motors are designed so that most of the heat loss takes place in the stator. This heat is transferred very effectively to the coolant via the stator cooling jacket, around which the coolant flows. The coolant also provides uniform temperature regulation for the spindle housing. Windings for axial mounting and drill holes are fixed to the front for protection against torsion. The 1MS270C-4B-A1/S010 is small in size and light in weight. It does not achieve its final flexural strength until it is built into the spindle housing. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
