The 1MS241H-6B-A1/S028 is an industrial motor stator designed by Rexroth Indramat to generate an electromagnetic field that initiates the movement of the motor rotor. This stator is the stationary part of the 1MB synchronous motor; it operates in combination with a compatible motor rotor to supply industrial machines with the kinetic energy they require for optimum operation. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial motor stator maintains an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent; this high operational efficiency makes it suitable for milling, turning and grinding operations in machine tools, transfer lines, and machining centres. The housing of this stator is designed to meet the IP00 protection class; however, the stator can still be operated in adverse industrial conditions since it has to be integrated into the durable housing unit of the 1MB synchronous motor before operation.
