The 1MS241D-6C-A1/S010 model is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to provide high operational reliability in various motion control sectors. The stator is mainly used to execute thread cutting, spindle positioning, and C-axis machining operations. The 1MS stator when operated together with a 1MR rotor develops a cost-efficient and reliable 1MB frameless asynchronous motor. The 1MS stator is specially engineered to take input AC power from the 59.7 V power source and the rated current required by this model is 27 A to produce the rated torque of 112 Nm. The stator contains winding and has 3 pole pairs that contribute to generating the rated power of 12 kW while operating the rotor at the speed of 1000 rpm. The 1MS stator is CE-certified and designed as per UL standards. The model is recommended to be mounted under the permissible temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius and it can be stored under the temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius. The stator housing is equipped with high-quality NTC and PTC resistors that allow the stator to be used with third-party controllers.
