Product Description
The 1MS241D-6A-A1 is an industrial motor stator manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to initiate the rotational movement of the motor rotor. This stator is the stationary part of the industrial motor; it provides a magnetic field that generates the rotational motor movement; this stator is made up of a coil of wire housed inside a durable enclosure covered with a rust-resistance material. Although this rotor is manufactured according to the IP00 protection class, it can operate efficiently in harsh industrial conditions as it requires integration into the durable housing unit of the 1MB asynchronous spindle motor before operation. Under normal operating conditions, this stator maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 percent. This high operational efficiency allows it the meet the operational requirement of a wide range of industrial machines.
The rated current required by the 1MS241D-6A-A1 industrial stator is about 57 amperes; at this current, the stator generates a rated torque output of 100-newton meters and stimulates a rotational motor speed of about 2400 revolutions per minute. Also, this motor stator generates operates with a rated current of about 57.0 amperes; at this current, it generates a power output of 25 kilowatts. The heat generated in this stator during operation is effectively controlled by the IC3W7 water cooling mechanism. This stator is an environmentally friendly device; it is also perfectly safe for industrial operation; however, operators should ensure it is properly handled with the correct configurational parameters, as the wrong handling of this device can cause dangerous motor movement in the servo system
The permissible temperature range for the operation of this motor stator falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; operating the stator above this temperature can cause a significant reduction in the efficiency of the device. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
