Product Description
Bosch is a reliable and cost-efficient manufacturer of electrical industrial automation components. Its advanced technology includes frameless asynchronous kit spindle motors, frequency converter, and main filters.
The 1MS200H-4D-A1 model is specially manufactured by Rexroth Indramat and is mainly used in various motion control systems such as grinding machines, machine tools, and printing machines. The 1MS stator is designed as per American standards and is used together with the rotor and drive controller specified for this unit. The stator is equipped with a high-resolution position encoder that assists in detecting the exact position of the rotor. The stator 1MS200H-4D-A1 faces the power loss of 3.1 kW and overcomes the heat effect by using the liquid cooling system. An aluminum cooling jacket is installed with the stator for controlling housing temperature. The 1MS stator produces 124 Nm of torque in the rotor while rotating it at the speed of 1500 rpm. The volume of the cooling duct of the aluminum cooling jacket is 1.1 liters and the coolant flows at the flow rate of 4.4 l/min to overcome the heat effect generated due to the 3.1 kW of power dissipation. The constant torque at 20 degree Celsius is 2.43 Nm/A and the stator winding generates 2.87 mH of winding inductance.
The model 1MS200H-4D-A1 is equipped with a temperature monitoring sensor that assists in controlling the ambient temperature of the system. A 1.5 meters long wire conducted through the stator end is used to make an electrical connection from a 320 V power source. The power cable has a bigger exterior diameter and is connected to the main terminal which is attached to the main spindle. The 1MS200H-4D-A1 stator consumes 52.6 A of current to generate 19.5 kW of power in the rotor. As per the 1MB user manual, the protection category of the 1MS stator is IP00. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
