Product Description
The 1MS160F-4E-A1/S046 is a new-generation motor stator produced by Rexroth Indramat specifically for IMB industrial asynchronous spindle motor series. This device contains coils of wire which generate an electromagnetic field to stimulate the rotational movements of the output shaft of the asynchronous spindle motor. This stator is manufactured under ideal operating conditions; it contains a high metal content and is free of chemicals such as asbestos, PCB, and silicon. This device also contains a high metal content, and it can be easily recycled once its usefulness has been exhausted. The 1MS160F-4E-A1/S046 motor stator contains about two pole pairs; it has a total weight of about 15.8 kilograms and dissipates about 3.0 kilowatts of heat through its liquid cooling technology.
The 1MS160F-4E-A1/S046 motor stator can stimulate a rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute while receiving a rated current of about 23.2 Amperes. At a motor temperature of 20 degrees celsius, the stator operates with a torque constant of newton meters per ampere, a winding resistance of 0.939 ohms and a winding inductance of about 7.4 milihenry. Any industrial asynchronous motor featuring this stator should only be operated in a 3K4 climatic environment as this protects the stator from high humidity and extreme temperatures, which can interfere with the operation stator winding. This stator can stimulate the electrical motor’s rotor to reach a peak speed of 10000 revolutions per minute.
The 1MS160F-4E-A1/S046 motor stator operates at an efficiency of about 90 per cent under normal operating conditions; however, this can be significantly reduced by the operation of the motor with overcurrent or undercurrent if the configuration of the motor with the wrong parameters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
