Product Description
Bosch Rexroth aims to widen the possibilities of automation technology with its stators, compact drive controllers, motors, and inverters created specifically to meet the demands of each factory owner.
The 1MS140B-4B-A1 model is used in association with the rotor to produce 7 Nm of torque while using 25 A of rated current. The stator weighs 5.3 kilograms and comprises a rotor with a specified rotational speed of 5000 revolutions per minute. This stator's rotor spins at a maximum of 20000 rpm while requiring a nominal voltage of 166 volts. If the spindle becomes damaged after the rotor has been mounted, the distortion must be repaired using a clamping mechanism and other equipment. The 1MS stator has a power loss of 1 kW and should only be operated according to the instructions in the instruction manual. A 1.5-meter-long loom of cables runs through the 1MS stator. It consists of three power wires – six in the case of motors with switchable winding – and two conductor pairs for the NTC resistors placed in the winding head, all of which are protected by a protective hose. The cross-sections of the power wires in the cable loom are determined by the motor's rated current. The conductor pairs for the motor NTC resistor connector have a 1.5 mm2 cross-section.
The model 1MS140B-4B-A1 has an insulation class of F and can be placed at a maximum elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. The model has a permissible inlet pressure of 3 bar while using liquid cooling to cool itself. The model (1MS140B-4B-A1) comes with a replacement warranty and can be dispatched to your desired location in vibrant packaging and within a set time limit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
